Breathwork - Full Session

Your breath can become your greatest asset diminishing stress, unlearning patterns of constricted breathing and opening up the energy channels allowing you to unlock the wisdom within.

When: Tuesday 26th January 7.15pm – 9.30pm (session starts at 7.30pm sharp)

Mat or something to lie down on

Blanket, pillow/cushion

Eye mask or blindford

Energy exchange: Donation appreciated

*Please eat early so your stomach is not full!
