Shamanic Journey into THE LOWER WORLD:

The shamanic journey is a process by which we can shift out of the ordinary way of thinking into a more open and accepting way of communicating with our own inner wisdom. Building up a relationship with yourself first and then with others. 

A drumming at 160-180 beat/min. induces the brain into a theta state. Relax your mind and body and allow the interaction with the spirit world to happen. Connect to your animal spirit, explore, discover, ask your questions and wait for the answers.
